I photographed a gorgeous Persian wedding at Steamwhistle Brewery on September 7th. The bride got ready at her parent’s home in Thornhill with her closest family and friends there to support her. It was a very emotional morning for everyone, but they were happy tears, because they knew these two would be tying the knot in a few hours! After the bride got ready, we headed around her neighbourhood to take couple photos. It was a great location complete with tons of lush trees and some wicked sewers which are always a fun find.

Then we arrived at Steamwhistle, where the beautiful Persian ceremony was. I always love photographing Persian weddings because of the fascinating traditions, and being outside having the Steamwhistle as a backdrop made it even more amazing. Unfortunately the bride didn’t need me for the reception, but I did manage to get her reception details which were EPIC! So many breathtaking details: tons of unique flowers in vases lining all the tables, lace tablecloths, belled jars, mini cactus’ as seating arrangements. It was so romantic and elegant. a photo of the happy couple in toronto

Always enjoy the old barn boards and massive windows at the Steamwhistle Brewery.

Aren’t they adorable little framed signs? And in case you’re wondering, the groom’s last name IS actually Love. 🙂

The bride looked so beautiful under her veil, which is part of the Persian ceremony.
