Alissa & Sean’s engagement photography was the best day ever to shoot in, as the breathtaking fall leaves were at their most colourful! We started our day by doing some photos by the Harbour-front, but then I convinced them to do the rest of the photos at Brickworks, which is one of my favourite venues to photograph in! (Not that anything’s wrong with the Harbour-front). ♥
We had so much fun doing photos there! I always like going for a walk around the boardwalk area as there’s a big smoke stack behind you which makes for architectural interesting photos! It was pretty chilli that day so I got Alissa to bring a blanket with them which we used in some of the shots. One of my favourite installations there is definitely the living wall that’s all rusty and makes for unique textures. There’s also a community garden there so there’s a TON of green space mixed with the backdrops of the funky building.
I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in April at the Rosewater Restaurant! They’re the cutest couple EVER! I loved photographing every moment of their engagement and now their wedding day. 🙂
